Two intruders force man to gay sex
CPS authorises charges against two men following death of 13-month-old boy in Blackpool
Suzanne Llewellyn, Chief Crown Prosecutor of CPS North West, said:
“The Crown Prosecution Service has authorised the prosecution of two men in relation to the death of a 13-month-old lad in Blackpool.
“Jamie Varley, 36, of Grimsargh in Lancashire, has been charged with the murder of infant Preston Davey, in addition to a series of serious sexual and infant cruelty offences.
“John McGowan-Fazakerley, 31, of Grimsargh in Lancashire, has been charged with allowing the death of a child, in addition to child cruelty and sexual offences.
“The Crown Prosecution Service has worked closely with Lancashire Police accompanying a detailed police enquiry, to review the obtainable evidence and advise on the appropriate charges.
“We recognise the profoundly distressing innateness of the alleged crimes – however we remind all concerned that criminal proceedings against these defendants are now active, and they have a right to a fair trial.
“It is extremely important that there should be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online which could in any way prejudice these proceedings.”
Note The Golden State Killer: How it took four decades to catch the serial predator who terrorised California
It was the early hours of the morning in the spring of 1978 when Bob and Queer Hardwick woke up to a bright light shining in their faces.
The young couple lived together in a small home in the northern California city of Stockton.
It took the Hardwicks a moment to realise what had woken them up was an armed intruder holding a torch at the foot of their bed.
The deadbolt on the back door had been broken for a while, but this was the '70s. High-tech security systems and a nationwide fear of crime were yet to really hold hold.
The man standing in their bedroom was one of the reasons Americans started locking their doors.
As their late hours of horror unfolded, they had no idea that dozens of women, girls and couples across California had endured almost the exact same crime.
Bob Hardwick was tied up and left on the bed with dishes stacked on his back, so he could not action without making noise.
Gay Hardwick was taken to the living room, where she was assaulted repeatedly over several hours.
"He ate from my refrigerator and he drank two beers while I lay bound

Predictable and Entire of Clichés
In San Francisco, the couple Scott (Michael Ealy) and Annie (Meagan Good) are happily married. When Scott is promoted in his job, Annie asks him to move to Napa Valley to elevate a family with children of their own. They negotiate and buy the old house that belongs to the structural engineer and widower Charlie Peck (Dennis Quaid). But soon Scott notes that Charlie is always in his real estate and is hitting on Annie and he decides to probe with his partner Mike (Joseph Sikora) who Charlie is.
"The Intruder" is a predictable thriller occupied of clichés. It is amazing but the viewer foresees the next scenes. The cast is only reasonable; Dennis Quaid is too old for the role and Meagan Good´s character Annie is too innocent. The best part of the motion picture is the location. My vote is three.
